A little Oasis of Loveliness…

I spent some of the day in the Oasis Store on Patrick’s Street today picking out outfits for my stint as guest speaker at the Secs and the City Event here in Cork City. My oh my what a collection they have this season… I was completely bowled over by the transition that Oasis has made as a brand… the product is super strong right now and has to be seen to understand just how high fashion and designer inspired it really is. I’m talking Prada, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Mary Katrantzou-esque delights all over the store. Tribal, Art Deco, Florals, 1920′s Flapper, Animal Print and Lace are just some of the styles and prints that are on offer.

There was SO many gorgeous summer dresses in store also. I haven’t seen any high street brand do as big a collection in dresses ever! You are spoilt for choice with colours, shapes and styles and don’t even get me started on their stunning statement jewellery and accessories. They have a fab range of Coloured Basics to start your summer wardrobe off perfectly- denims, basic tees & cardies in all the colours of the rainbow and more.

They also have an excellent choice of evening wear and day to night outfits which are perfect for summer when you fancy a glass of vino straight from work…They have the sweetest 1940′s/1950′s inspired collection of full dresses, high waisted knee length skirts, cropped floral trousers and tops…. Of course, I adored this particular collection as it is so girly and feminine.

What is even more exciting is that I am going to host a party in Oasis in the next few weeks… A night filled with Champagne, Cupcakes, Discounts, Makeovers, Style Advice, Music and Ladies getting together to try on beautiful clothes…. Who’s in???

I will let you know the details soon but it will be an exclusive event for only 30 lucky ladies! I’m excited!

Have a super evening.. I am off to prepare for my public speaking nightmare tomorrow :)

xoxo
