I loved doing this shoot so much… I love Ballet and I was so excited to find gorgeous pieces from Miss Daisy Blue, Bonzie Designs, Alice Halliday and The Dress Bar to style our model Zoe Murphy. I worked with a super team- Lisa Nation from Boston Belle did the hair, Louise McCall did the makeup and Wee Red Bike Photography worked their magic with the photography.

We think Zoe was the perfect model ballerina and was such a super lady to work with! Thank you Zoe!

Happy Snapping

It’s come down time from the excitement of my photo-shoot yesterday which I told you I was really looking forward to, I swear I would do them every day of the week!

It turned out to be such a super day with such a talented and enthusiastic team of people that all worked so well together. I used pieces from Cork stores- Miss Daisy Blue and Bella Bleu vintage bridal store and Limerick-based dress rental store, The Ivory Closet mixed with my own clothes and accessories.

I had a lot of looks planned but due to weather/location and other circumstances, we didn’t get to shoot for as long as we had hoped for but I am sure there will be plenty of more shoots in store to bring our ideas to life.

1. Ahhhhmazing Neon Midi Dress from Miss Daisy Blue in Cork, Black sequinned jacket- My own from Zara, Belt- My own from Zara, Gold Cuff from VSL Jewellery, Keanes Jewellers in Cork & Neon earrings from Penneys.

2. Such a sweet knee-length 1950′s wedding dress & black sash from Bella Bleu vintage bridal in Cork & black lace gloves from Miss Daisy Blue.
